  Poor service with goods not Fit for Purpose
  Have been waiting 1 month with item faulty from purchase, now told it will take another 2 months, no return calls as promised.
  Brackets on the 18kg mirror are not fit for purpose, on trying to hang, flimsy light brackets twist and fail in seconds, lucky no one was hurt, totally unsuitable for that weight, but nobody is interested, no service, no interest, no help.
